Specific funding calls set out the details for funding
The announcement for international research cooperation on green hydrogen provides the basis for a number of specific funding calls. These calls set out further details regarding the partner countries, funding priorities and deadlines of the eligible measures. They also define topics for the research that will be boosted by the funding, for example testing specific green hydrogen production techniques ranging from electrolysis and photocatalysis to biomass gasification and fermentation to thermochemical splitting.
Materials analysis, for example for fuel cell technologies and electrolysis, can also be the object of specific funding calls. Finally, the funding calls specify whether the projects to be funded should deal with basic or applied research.
