Inter-company vocational training centres (ÜBS) supplement the training of skilled personnel of small and medium-sized enterprises and serve as multipliers of digital skills. The Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) is accelerating the digitalization of training courses offered by these inter-company training centres. Funding is provided for digital equipment, for development and testing projects for new technologies in inter-company training, for the development of new training approaches and their transfer into the vocational training landscape.
