Copyright in Academic Work

An Overview for Research, Teaching and Libraries

The guideline "Copyright in Academic Work" explains the most important regulations on copyright for education and research in a practical and understandable way. Researchers and teachers are often confronted with copyright law, for example, when they use works created by third parties or create copyright-protected works themselves, i.e. they are authors. This guideline aims to help strengthen the teachers’ and researchers’ competence with regard to copyright matters.
